Carl in Texas 06-23-2004 08:29:15 198.170.206.116 10564 Report to Moderator	Check the soldered attachment point where the ground wire under the distributor base plate attaches to the distributor housing. This can vibrate loose or break, causing a miss or the engine to quit. This happened on a 70 Maverick with the 200CI-6 I had. Re-soldering the ground wire solved the problem. [Reply]  [No Email]
