The title is one of the important factors whether someone wants to fix it or junk it, so the title has value. The running engine has value. The condition of the frame and body has value. All the parts being there has value, too. The quality of the rust has value, too, if there are holes in the metal it has less value than rust on the surface. If there have been any modifications it may detract from the value. If it's been setting in a barn since they quit driving it there would be greater value than one that's been setting outside and needs trees cut out of it to move it. And another idea, does it look like it would sell good? And are you selling it in the correct market for the best value? How much would you pay for it? How much money do you need to feel good about selling it (you got enough to be happy, and you feel you didn't overcharge)Then add a little more for negotiation? Then a suggestion, don't do anything to it yourself unless you are a professional restorer, you may inadvertenlty remove some of the value. If you sell it online roll it into the best light possible, and get the best pictures possible, don't purposely put photos out of focus to cover flaws, people will not bid at all if the pictures are out of focus.
