A Working park brake! Most big trucks have only one line off MC, even in later years. I don't think your smaller unit will give enough volume for bigger wheel cyls on dump truck, but not sure. Most one-ton or bigger GM's had hydraulic booster run off PS pumps, not sure if Dodge had such a rig or not.
MOst park brakes run off back of trans, are easy to fix if needed, and can be re-lined easily. Usually just a Band around drum, pulled with lever on floor next to shifter. It's your back-up, I would get it working also.
