When I turn on the marker light's only the two lights on the fenders come on, then when I go to the headlights only the headlights and tail light come on .The roof lights never do come on unless I turn on a switch marked blinker light's.Shouldn't all the marker light's come on including the roof lights when I put the headlight switch to the marker lights spot? And then when I turn on the headlights shouldn't all the marker lights come on?I thought I would ask before I take the switch out and try to fix it ,i'm thinking maybe the switch need's cleaning.

Probably, a PO connected the cab lights to their own switch, so they could be tured on or off independently of the other lights, as desired by the driver.

That sounds more likely than that there is a defective light switch.
