Can anyone tell me how to remove brake and clutch pedals. There is not enough room to slide these pedals off the shaft. Am I missing something simple there?

Seems you have to take the thing out as a unit, then remove the pedals. my memory only.

you have to take them loose as a unit, but the shaft will slip out once it is free, and retainer removed,so you can pull the pedals up through the floor hooles.

You need to post on the 39-47 Dodge forum at yahoogroups.com. Those guys can answer your question.
