'77 f250 351m still won't start

O.K. I posted last week re: Motorcraft carb rebuild.
I did the rebuild, pretty easy. Installed the carb but she
still won't fire up. I belive I got all the hoses right but I'm
not sure. There are limited diagrams in regards to placement. Engine is cranking but she won't turn over. Could it be a fuel delivery problem? Installed a new
fuel pump and lines, starter relay and battery.
Any ideas?

make sure the choke is closing, but not flooding.
check for spark at the plugs.. check timing and check compression.. also check the plugs...
you need 4 things for an engine to run..
1. compression 2. timing 3. fuel 4. spark.. That Motorcraft is really a simple carburetor..are you sure you have fuel in the carb?
