Any pictures of it? Rust? Dents? Glass condition? A LOT of variables on price.

You can try the classic section over at nadaguides.com to get a ballpark on max value.

As already mentioned, list it on eBay with TONS of pictures, a very good description, $0.99 starting bid and no reserve. Then you will know exactly what it's worth.

Read lower... she said it's a flat-eight.

Correction: If its an eight cylinder, it has to be a "flat-head V/8" Ford didn't put flat head straight 8's in anything in that year! Or any year, around that time period, unless a special order, which i doubt!

40,000 miles is a tad fer for a tire made in 1950, you might need to roll back some miles, or remove the tires.

Ford never made a straight 8. Only made V-8 or straight 6.

It has to be a V8 Valve in BLOCK, 2 Water pumps, Distributor in the front, Fuel pump in the rear on top.
a straight 8 I dont think would go in there.
You ought to be able to here if it v8 or in line 8.

Anywhere from $50.00 to $15000.00+ depending on condition and how much someone wants it. The best way to get what it is worth is to list it on ebay with a good description, lots of pictures, and no reserve.
