Hey guys, I need to know what other kind of wheels would fit my 1948 Ford F-7. It has 8 lug- 20" split in the center type wheels that no one will change tires on. Everyone tells me these are illegal to run because they can come apart. I need to find wheels off something else or maybe the other type of split rim that Ford used if worse comes to worse. Got any?
Thanks, Dave.

Dave - I'm on the road, away from my Budd books, but if nobody comes back with an answer for you I'll come back to this when I get home and see if I can find you an answer. Budd did make a wide range of 20 inch wheels, and some were the split ring style that can still be used. Stu
