Does anybody know what year Ford had 2 piece windshields in the trucks? I have what is told me a 1936 ford truck with a 2 piece windshield. I have seen pictures of 1936 ford trucks restored and they don't have 2 piece windshields. Is this an upgrade when restoring? Please help. Thanks.

I believe that Forf used one piece windshields until '36. The restyle in '37 went to 2 piece windshield and then in '48 it was back to one piece.

I think the 1936 Fords were one pce.By 1938 they were 2 pce front glass up to 1947. '48 was back to 1 pce front glass as far as I know. The change seemed to follow their body redesigns. Dan in Alberta
