| Never do business with this company! I am an agent. Great service in theory, but I got no leads. No big deal, thought I would just cancel the service. They make you call in to complete the transaction. I did. They told me I was canceled, then charged me anyway. I contacted them again, they stated they have NO records of my previous contact. I disputed it through my credit card compnay. EPERKS eventually decided to credit my credit card account. I thought I was done. Then BAM, they sent me to a collections agency. Now I am dealing with that. ALl of this after I submitted cell phone records supporting the phones calls they say never existed. My next step is to contact the attorney general in california. Bad ethics will be the downfall of eperks.com |

| Do not deal with eperks! BEWARE AGENTS! They are ruthless, and VERY difficult to deal with. I will no longer do business with this company. They do NOT follow through on their word! The most horrible online experience I have ever encountered! As a seasoned California Realtor, I recommend NEVER to get involved with eperks in any way shape or form!! |

| | My first check was the information behind their domain name, which I got from Network Solutions" Please note: the registrant of the domain name is specified in the "registrant" field. In most cases, GoDaddy.com, Inc. is not the registrant of domain names listed in this database. Registrant: eperks.com eperks.com eperks, California 90210 United States
Registered through: GoDaddy.com, Inc. (http://www.godaddy.com) Domain Name: EPERKS.COM Created on: 18-May-98 Expires on: 17-May-09 Last Updated on: 06-Dec-06 Administrative Contact: eperks.com, eperks netonion10@gmail.com eperks.com eperks.com eperks, California 90210 United States 999999999 Fax -- Technical Contact: eperks.com, eperks netonion10@gmail.com eperks.com eperks.com eperks, California 90210 United States 999999999 Fax -- Domain servers in listed order: PARK19.SECURESERVER.NET PARK20.SECURESERVER.NET The previous information has been obtained either directly from the registrant or a registrar of the domain name other than Network Solutions. Network Solutions, therefore, does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. The information above is supposed to have people's names and addresses. Then I did a search on the internet, and found a lot of sites with bulletin boards asking whether they were reliable. And I found with a search that they were a division of Brabus Ventures Corporation, and they were in California. So, I checked with the California department of corporations and found: BRABUS VENTURES CORPORATION Number: C2374711 Date Filed: 1/7/2002 Status: active Jurisdiction: California Address 600 BOURNE CRT DANVILLE, CA 94506 Agent for Service of Process BEHNAM BEHROUZI 600 BOURNE CRT DANVILLE, CA 94506 So to make a short story long, I don't think I would trust them, there's a lot of fish in the pond. |

| I am not associated with ePerks.com other than being a client. I have purchased marketshare from them for their July 16th product Launch in the Kansas City, MO Metropoloitan Area. You can check out my website(s) and see that I am a legitimate business owner/person. www.chuckshomes.com and www.KCrealestatePRO.com. In short, ePerks.com is a rebate service that some professionals such as real estate agents, car dealers, etc. can sign up with to offer rebates to their prospects turned clients if they do business with them. For instance, I am offering moving expenses, electronics, travel and cash back depending on the volume of sale. |

| Seems a lot of agents out there have a legitimate beef with Eperks for scamming them. Eperks makes promises that they in turn do not back up. When agents ask for a refund they use intimidation tactics until the agent goes away empty handed. They are currently being investigated by AG’s from several states for their fraudulent business practices. If you are an agent thinking of signing up with them save yourself the money and your reputation. I have spoken with many agent who are now considering a class action lawsuit. |

| | I was searching for some information regarding ePerks to see what i would find and to my surprise i couldn't believe what some of these comments were actually saying.. the people that are leaving negative comments, can you explain exactly what happened with your situation rather than saying "asked for a refund and they wouldnt give it back" I don't understand where they are scamming anyone, i have done my research on ePerks and the people that also sign up with them and still i don't see what you guys are talking about????! -They partner up with real estate agents nationwide -They DONT offer leads or any kind of home value estimates to get people to come to their site and fill out some survey and sell the information in bulk to some agent -ePerks DOES NOT have any contracts to make me stuck with them so i can cancel anytime if it's not working for me. also the reason why i think their business model is simple and effective is because if a consumer has a choice of searching for a real estate agent in their local area. they have a number of ways to find one that would best help them out or so you think: 1.) Yellow pages 2.) Have a friend refer them to someone they know 3.) if your out of state and you are looking for a real estate agent in a area you don't have someone to really help you find a good deal. Chances are you may get stuck with someone who couldn't even close a door let alone a real estate transaction... so the options above doesn't offer any incentives to work with those real estate agents.. AT LEAST with ePerks they would be able to search through their local area and find the real estate agent that would offer them the best deal. and since the clients does not receive the incentive until the real estate transaction is closed, the skills of that real estate agents shows what they can do. I am a Real Estate agent in the Bay area, California and I have been getting more business than any other form of marketing i have been doing or better yet.. any form of marketing i have EVER done. Most of my territory was captured by other real estate agents because while i was unsure myself in the beginning i started out with just one zip code and now, lets just say I have selected more than 13 zip codes now.. |

| It sounds like things are going great for you. Why in this message don't you provide a link to your site so you can get more customers? Were you paid by eperks to post this? Or are you a sales person or other higher up at eperks who was told to post this? |

| This is exactly what we need is a service such as eperks where they give money back or some form of an incentive to get the buyer motivated again. Do to the downward turn of the market, we need something to gain the trust of the buyers. |
