Hello,I have a 1952 Ford F-8 tractor that I have just begun to restore. Believe it or not the truck only has 299 mile on it. It is a long story, but I am in need of body parts for the truck. If anyone has any information on where to begin to look, I would greatly appreciate it! I have found Kanters and MAC’s websites but that is about it. Thanks, Matt |

| Also check out Dennis Carpenter's site. Lots of Ford parts that will work for the running gear and other stuff that is common to all Fords of that vintage. |

| The F-7s and F-8s have unique fenders and running boards. But the cab, hood, grille, doors, etc, are the same as the smaller models. Good used or "new old stock" fenders and running boards might be hard to find. Two sources that might help are Chuck Mantiglia of Chuck's Trucks in CT, and Rod Kruithoff in MI. Both own F-8s and also sell parts. They'd probably also be able to supply any other parts you'd need. Another good source for mechanical parts is Job Lot Automotive of Queens NY. Rod's phone number is (616) 875-7774. I don't have a web address for him. Chuck's web page and Job Lot's web page are below. Stu |

| | Stu, Thanks for your help! Mechanically the truck is in good shape, however I have been struggling finding the correct reserve air tanks and I am sure this is just the beginning. Unfortunately, the truck spent its first twenty years in a falling down warehouse in Philadelphia and it put a real hurting on the body. Thanks again for your help! Matt |
