| Thanks, on my title they used the engine numbers but the engine has been replace with a newer engine.So the DMV will have to figure it out. Thanks you guys have been a big help. |

| I guess it depends where you live but here in NJ the dmv does not help you figure anything out . So with that thought you could just take the simple road and use the number you have on the title or search the frame and find the serial number and bring a tracing and a photo with you. |
