I am restoring a 1960 B-61 mack and am wanting to install bud wheels on the front of the truck.What is needed to do this? Thanks for your help. STEVE. |

| you need to look on the cab data plate for the front axle rating, if gone, you will need to get under the truck and find the axle tag on the front axle itself, the parts will need to be from a identical rated axle with budd wheels, as the ratings change, so do the size of the bearings and in some cases the size of the spindle itself |

| if the truck has the cast spoke wheels now, you will need the hubs and bearings to mount the budd wheels, im pretty sure the spindle itself is the same, but id sure check it carefully, also check the wheels themselves, the budd style aluminum wheel used originaly on the b-61 were different looking than the modern ones used on trucks today also modern wheels if they fit [they well may just bolt right on] come in 2 flavors too, stud piloted, and hub piloted, be sure you check everything before buying |

| Do I need the front hubs off of what kind or model of mack truck?Do any of them fit or is there a specific model? |
