Sounds like that's a "super single", or whatever similar name GM name gave it. I can't help you find one, but I can give you numbers that'll help in your search. Kelsey Hayes, in their 1981 catalog, listed it as a 16.5" x 8.25" tubeless with 6 lug x 5.5" bolt circle. The K-H part number for it is #56568. The National Wheel and Rim Association (NWRA) cross reference number is X-45143.

Hollander Interchange says it is has their index number 1000. They show it was used on Blazers, Jimmies, 10 series and 1500 series pickups from '69 - '74.

Maybe the fact of it still being listing in the 1981 K-H catalog just means it was available from them new after the production run as a replacement part. Stu
