nearly everything, the gasser and the diesel truck have major differences in fuel system and electrical system ect for a 6.2 its a waste of time my advise is to just repower the gas rig with another engine and dont do the swap

I'm not belittling you in any way, but exactly what are you going to gain by doing this?

no real problem to change, just a lot of work, keep all the hydroboost parts ,and depending on what radiator you have you may have to add an aux. oil cooler. I would keep everything until the conversion is done. Contrary to what you may hear there is nothing wrong with 6.2 and nonturbo 6.5 engines. No they won,t pull a 10,000 pound trailer across the mountains at 80 mph but they will get the job done. They are a poor mans diesel as they are easy to work on,parts are affordable.no @#$% computers and costly electronic crap to screw up. If you don"t abuse them and keep up the maintenance a 6,2 will last a long time. Just remember diesel and gas engines are totally different animals don"t expect them to run and act the same
