Daniel Tollefson 10-31-2009 12:35:21 174.39.222.15 33077 Report to Moderator	I am looking at purchasing a 1947 K5 or KB5. THe guy says its a KB5 but it doesnt have the big chrome grill on it. I thought that the KB series had that. I was wondering if the KB5 series came with the non chrome grill. Also what motor would be in this truck. The K's just had the center grill section, chrome was rare. The KB's had the center section and the little "wings" that went on the fender which extended the grill area and generaly were stainless. The KB's should have "KB" on the side as the K's did not have the K emblem. K/KB 1-5 share the same basic body except the 5 has a little different front fenders. It could have a flat head 6cyl or maybe a blue diamond as it was a larger truck, Mike   [Reply]  [No Email]
