Have you considered changing the entire front axle? If they are anywhere near to the same length, that might work and save you the trouble of changing spindles. However, somewhere down the line, they also changed the steering setup on pickups and moved the drag link from rear to front of the axle. this would cause complications, but I don't know about the larger trucks. Just a thought.

Yes I have thought about swapping out the whole front axle, I was just wondering if any one is or has worked on these front ends and which is the best way to go since I don't want to do the joe twice.
