I got a 1997 ford F250 light duty. My brake pedal goes almost all the way to the floor and I"m not sure if my 4 wheel drive is working. Could both of these problems be because of a vacuum leak?

on the brakes, no, no vacuum to a power brake booster will cause a hard pedal, that is the brake pedal will be high but you will have to use a lot of effort to stop the truck, you probably have either a bad master cylinder or the rear brakes self adjusters dont work and the brake shoes need to be adjusted, do that and see what you have then, as to the 4x4 its possible, but it depends on which system the truck has,
