It cam with a factory sun roof, it also came with a roll bar which I do have other than that I don"t know. I parked it in the shed to restore at a later date. It is also an automatic

i havent heard of this package either, can you post a pic of the truck? only funny i have on a 77 ford f150 is in the shop back in 77 we had a just brought new f150 come in, it was a 4x4 with street tires and the new owner wanted some upgrades including a better tune up on the engine, the 300 6 cylinder, we are 7000 ft elevation and bumping the timing up 4 or 5 degrees, and a little carb tweaking really helped those old engines, anyway the mechanic was a little short skinny guy and he opened the hood and climbed up into the engine compartment so he could reach everything better, well he hooked up his timing light, and reached around with a screwdriver and shorted the starter solenoid on the fender, the key was already on , apparently he failed to also put the 4 speed manual trans in neutral ,it was in 1st, when shorted, the truck started and promptly drove forward and pined itself to the shop wall with it still running and spinning its rear tires, that mechanic was trying to get out from under the hood by going out thru the narrow side area, and over the top of the running engine, we were laughing hard at him as he was really quite lively at the time, finally after a minute or so somebody went and backed the truck away from the wall so he could get out nobody hurt, not even the truck,

The Northlander package was obviously, as you mentioned, a very limited production vehicle. It must have been offered only in the northern parts of the US. I Googled this and did find mention of this option, but was unable to find any pictures or specifications. On one Ford forum, there was mention of later models with this option also. I worked in the parts dept. of a Ford dealership from 1993 until 2003 and have never seen or heard of such around here. (North Carolina)
