It rained, but not much. The axle is maked "R32-407". Knowing where to scrape made it faster, thanks. What does that mean?

Thanks Paul. Much appreciated. It puts your truck mid year 1952. The R32 model started in mid 1951. The earliest 1952 I have archived has axle 217, and the last 52 has axle 530. I have 544 that I pulled out of a 53 parts truck, and 561 that was under a 52 but I'm sure it didn't start out there. The pattern thus holds that about 300 or a few more were converted in 1952. Thanks again. Stu
