You're in the ball park if it's a complete truck. Being that it's a long bed, it's an F-2 or F-3 most likely having the stock 4.86/1 axle ratio that will struggle to get you past 45 mph. The 4 speed has no synchros. If it's an F-2 you are fortunate because it has 16" one piece wheels that can be kept in service. If it's an F-3 it has 14" rear drums that aren't available anymore, and it has two piece 17" wheels having outer rims today called widow makers, trade name is Firestone RH-5. Probably no shop will touch them, and they should be scraped. Problem is the 14" drum won't take commonly available 16" wheels. There are two tubeless varieties that work, either 17.5" or 19.5", but they can be hard to find. All that said they are real trucks and have a strong following. The F-3 is my truck of choice, I have several. Stu
