I have truck wheel/tire size 8-17.5 6 lug for older trucks. Seven with wheel and tire and one tire only. One tire on wheel looks like it has never been on the ground. Is this size in demand any more?

I'm interested in your wheels and tires, for my 1953 IHC R-130, if you still have them...assuming they are dished for dual mounting. Do you know what they came off? Riveted or welded? Rust? bias or radial? Where are you (and they)?

You can reach me at magneticanomalyat yahoodotcom. THANKS!

They are absolutely desirable to guys tired of looking for service on their tube type wheels. The 17.5" tubeless wheels are also generally safer than old multi-part wheels.

There were a variety of 17.5" applications having the 6 x 7.25" pattern, both single and dually, differing offsets and lug hole sizes, so we'd need more specifics about which you have. I help guys with wheel issues on a few different forums so can refer guys to you if you email me enough description to help me know what you have. Click on my user name for the email address. Stu
