The disc looks right to me, as the riveted on plate that secures the springs can be seen. Another problem MAY be that arm that you lengthened,,,, it will have to travel MORE to release the clutch,,, also you only need enough T/O brng clearance to keep the bearing from spinning when pedal is UP....
