Hi, looking for any comments on helper springs, thinking of adding them to my truck to improve stance while towing. Any preferences such as over or under?

If you can afford the slightly more expense, I'd highly recommend air bag helpers. A few different name brands, but I've had firestone. If I needed something like that I'd for sure do it again.
