I have a 1961 International R190 with a 406 gas engine. I was getting ready to restore the truck only to find I have a stuck engine.
Can anyone steer me to resources for rebuild parts or a replacement engine?

Shoot a locked up engine could be a very simple fix ir a night mare. I would pull the plugs out one at a time wick that cylinder and make sure it is not full of water. If dry then fill with ATF and go on to the next one. If you do not find any water in any of the cylinders good chance a good ATF treatment will free it up. Done this to over 30 engines and most have freed up in a month or less

Thanks. In fact I did that for about three months and it got me nowhere. I took the head off and found the sleeve in number four was badly rusted. The sleeve felt pitted -- it seemed unlikely to me that I could simply hone it. I am hoping to find a few parts (sleeve, inserts, rings,) and simply try to repair the damage. Failing that I would like to find a replacement Red Diamond engine.

Do yo know of a source for parts of replacement RD engine?

Thanks again. jim
