ford f350 grain chopper

I have a 1970 ford f350 I am mounting a grain chopper on it and I want to run it with the trucks pto the chopper needs 100 hp at 540 tractor rpm pto speed will be running trucks engine for hours a 2500 rpms chopping in dusty condition"s I know I will have to put some sort of governor on it and better air cleaner how do you think the 360 motor will hold up and the tranny how many hp dose a 360 have thanks
