265/75r22.5 on 6.75 wheel

Hello all, I am currently slowly working on replacing the widow maker wheels on an old C60 truck with 22.5 wheels. I recently came across a good deal on used 265/75r22.5 tires which are the same diameter as 9r22.5. The only problem is that I can only get the 22.5 wheels in 6.75 width for the Chevy 10 bolt pattern and the 265/75r22.5 tires have a recommended wheel width of 7.5. Would there be any issues with running the 265/75r22.5 tires on a 6.75 width wheel?
