Problems starting...Shop says the icm is blown...3rd one since I bought the truck..Various ford sites have suggested everything from changing the gap on the plugs to ground the engine better..Mechanic says for that year and engine it seems to be a common thing...Also had to replace a part on the carb...Some problems with the ignitions lock switch..Aand the brake light stays on, although the brakes work fine....

The icm repair would be easy...carb fix and lock switch require a little more time...Gonna guess 500 - 800 bucks... (the shop is short handed..one reason for the length of time...time getting parts)

Any other guesses? :?:
