Ernie: That"s quite an engine. What have you got that in? Some of the older fire trucks around here had that engine in them.

Itís in a 1975 Ford L880, twin screw with a 22í grain box. I have two of these trucks. The other one I blew the motor on a swapped it out for a 3208 cat(210hp).

Ernie: Never heard of an L880. I thought the models went 800 850 900 950 and maybe 1000? in the gas series. What she got for a tranny? The 3208 doesn't turn the rev's that the 534 did does it?

This truck has a 13 speed road ranger in it, the one that I put the cat in has a 5 speed with a 3 speed rear end
