Dennis - If you run into a dead end with this, there's an outfit called John Wolf, in Willoughby OH. For a flat fee, he'll rebuild your sender completely. Last time I dealt with him was appx 15 years ago, and the cost was 95 bucks (incl. postage, IIRC)...so have no clue what he charges nowadays. There are several outfits advertising in Hemmings that do this work, but he came highly recommended, and I had no complaints about the work. Good luck with it.
