1941 Ford Express
 | | Family Heirloom 1941 Ford Express the Last surviving unrestored, running 'Detroit Times' bundle truck. This truck has been in our family since 1952, when it was purchased from the Hearst owned newspaper, where my uncle was an editor. This heavy duty pickup is very special the owner used to ride in the bed when he was a little boy helping out on the farm in the 1950's and early 1960's. The Express was stored in a modern polebarn for 21 years. It has been on display at Henry Ford Museum's own Greenfield Village ,Dearborn, Mich. almost every father's day weekend, since 1995. thank you! Submitted by Jp, from MI [Return to Master List] |
