194? Ford Wagon
Taken on recent trip to Samiapata, Bolivia. About 50 mi south west of Santa Cruz. I don't think I've ever seen one in the states. Hard to beleive this thing still survives at it's age. All vehicles in Bolivia have to be bullet proof. The 4wds most people in the states drive wouldn't last a week in this environment. Outside of a couple paved major routes, (two lanes), there is nothing but mud tracks. A trip of nine miles one way took us 2 1/2 hours in a Nissan Patrol. (Next Pic)
