No spark

I am back working on my 1946 Dodge 1 1/2 ton. Went to start it, and i get a very weak spark across the points, and none at the plugs. Changed the condenser, cleaned the points. What next? I am a beginner and know very little about these electral systems. It's the 6 volt system, by the way.
