Old International pickup ?

My friend has this old IHC pickup and we are trying to find out more info on it like the year and what motor came in it. All the parts are there except for the motor and hood...

here are the plate numbers;
Model: KB-2
W.B.: 125
Chassis S/N: 64422

Original Engine
Model: GRD-214
S/N: 233512
Certfied net HP: 73 at 3200RPM
Max Vehicle Gross Weight Range: 5200
