That is a 51 or 52 COE, a very wanted truck! Coe's are big item now. Most just want body though, I hate that when they tear apart. That one looks pretty nice, with dump bed yet! It's also short wheelbase, another nice part. Will be flathead, looks all orig to me, another plus! The Lincoln engines were used in F7 or bigger "BIg Job" trucks only, bigger capacity. This is a 2-ton rated truck, probly weighs 6800 lbs or more with bed empty. $2-300 dollars is a bargain! If money is factor, go higher, or ebay? If getting it out quick is factor, keep it lower. Generally Big trucks have little value, but COE is much diff story. Advertise! Go to www.yahoogroups.com and find the old coe list. Plenty of fellas on there would love to have that truck.
