To be truthful, I don't know. I was told that the engine was good, but it was missing a starter and I never attempted to give it a try before removing it. The engine has been stored inside since about 1980, in a relatively low humidity area. I'm in Kansas so it would be a long haul. It is at the family farm which is 150 miles away. I'm currently working 27 days per 31 day month so won't be heading that way anytime soon. Sorry.
