IH Horsepower and Torque Specs

Anybody know the HP and torque specs for a 345 as found in a '74 3/4 ton IH 4x4?

I'm buying one with the idea of using it to haul my H or F12 places.

Any opinions on this plan? The truck's got 4.10 gears.
