You will want to know the condition of the engine. Run it till its warmed up. Check the valve cover breather by taking off the hose from the valve cover to the air cleaner to see if alot of smoke comes out. If so, it probably has bad rings. Also check the plugs before starting to see if they are oily. When was it last inspected? Why is the guy selling?
