Have a question about my cummings diesel

Ok, I just got a 98 Dodge with a 12 valve in it, and a 5 speed. Im going to be pulling pretty hard with it, and it is turned up pretty good. Im going to put a pyrometer on it, but need to know the safe temp range so I dont burn it up. If yall could help, or direct me to it, I would apreciate it.
