Why would you want to? It gives you a softer pedal and since it's incompatible with other brake fluids, you will have to not only completely purge the entire system but also replace all rubber parts when you switch over. I have never heard anyone make a compelling case for using silicone fluid in anything except for racing applications, where the high temperature capabilities of the fluid are the main reason for using it.
