Hello Bob.Thanks for the response.The seal you're talking about is probably what was in the truck.It's probably been in for God knows how long and must have worn out.It spins real easy,with no resistance.It's a 2 piece seal that looks like it stays stationary on the axle tube and turns in the center as the wheel turns.
