All the cabs are same from small to 2-ton series, cept maybe the floor hump for diff tranny's or sometimes dashes have more places for buttons and cables for add-on equipment. Been that way since the 40's. COE cabs are diff though, not included in this comparison. Many fellas buy bigger trucks just to get a better cab for pick-ups. Seems they are higher out of salt and water, rust less.
