Broken Axle

Hey Board,
I find I need an early (36) IHC truck rear axle. The right side goes by the number of 11835, and is cast on the hub. It has 6 holes that fasten it to the hub with 3/8" cap screws & safety wire, and has 10 splines. Any thoughts on where to find one, and how much?

It's odd, I think, that the left one shares the same number (stamped instead of cast) and splines, but the mounting holes are about 5/16" or 11/32", and is fastened with studs in the hub, and no safety wire. Does this have something to do with direction of rotation and torque... the safety wires on the right side?
