Before you commit to the route of swapping though, check the bore diameters of both brake cylinders as well as piston travel within the cylinder. I suspect you will find the Chevy dual piston to have a slightly smaller piston, and shorter travel. There is a small chance that you might find a larger size Dodge chassis cab that had been equipped with a dual piston (most likely a bus application) that would potentially fit up a bit better.
