IH pickup year??

Found about a 49-53 IH pickup. The ser # is 188505 and the chassic # is 91509. The crome emblem on the right front side says L-110 but the plate on the door jam says L-112. Any ideas on year and any other info? Maybe the wrong crome was put on after a crash??? Thanks, Jon
