Hello, About 2 months ago went out on a mission to check out a 62 unibody. Got to the fellows house and then he proceeded to take me to where the truck was resting. About the only thing on the truck that was visible was the left front fender. I needed a chain saw to clear out all the vegetation that covered the truck. Another owner had put a 289 c.i. ford engine in the truck, but the engine mounts were not straight and it kept tearing up the trans. I asked him if he could get it out of the weeds so I could take a better look at it. He said if he took it out of the weeds I'd have to buy it. He wanted $2000 for the truck. Needless to say I passed this GREAT deal up! I think you did quite well with the truck you purchased. I think Dennis Carpenter now makes a repo tailgate for the unibody. It's not cheap! Good Luck, Phil
