This probably isn't the suggestion you wanted, but it is the way I would do it. I would take the engine out of the truck, put it on a bench and dismantle it. I wouldn't expect it to turn over, and if it did happen to start, I wouldn't want all that rust inside the engine grinding between the bearings and journals. But then, I used to work in an engine rebuilding shop.
