24 split rim question...

I have a Minneapolis Moline Industrial tractor with 24" rims. They are the semi truck type split rims with a snap ring. Not sure what you call them. Where do I find the outside half of the rim and snap ring? It is missing! Didn't old BIG trucks use 24"? Help!
