Value of a `53 3/4 ton

Looking at a `53 3/4 ton 5 window truck. Truck appears completly restored and the owner has about 300 photos showing the restoration. I would rate the truck either as very close to excellent but not perfect. Truck is orginal with the exception of being convered to 12v but does have a 12v generator instead of an alternator, also has electic wipers instead of vacuum.

Asking price of 18500
