Ditto what John said about the copper coat. I usually do not use sealer of any kind on head gaskets because it usually will cause them to leak right away.
The exception to this is when I am using a 100% metal head gasket , like the copper or steel sheet gaskets. When I have one of those or a questionably flat head surface, I spray it with a light coat of K-W Copper Coat gasket sealer. Works more often than not, but still the best is no sealer.
